As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll help bring nonprofit missions to life by:
Representing nonprofit partners at live events, fundraisers, and outreach campaigns
Engaging with community members in a friendly, professional, and informative way
Delivering compelling messaging about important causes and initiatives
Educating the public about the goals, impact, and values of each campaign
Building long-term supporter relationships that encourage ongoing engagement
Collaborating with your team to ensure event and campaign success
