This full-time, permanent role is based in San Francisco with a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities: + Conduct due diligence on new and existing investments, with a focus on financial and credit analysis + Build and maintain financial models to evaluate performance under various scenarios + Monitor portfolio companies and provide actionable insights + Write clear, compelling investment memos + Support deal structuring, negotiations, and execution + Research new markets and fintech trends to help shape investment strategy + Collaborate with global teams on reporting, audits, and risk assessments *Please contact Michelle Espejo via LinkedIn or email for additional info and immediate consideration. Requirements + MUST HAVE 2+ years of FULL-TIME relevant experience (no exceptions) + 3-5 years of debt investing, credit analysis, at a fintech or capital market firm. + Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. + Clear communication and ability to simplify complex ideas. + Passion for using capital to drive social impact. + Self-starter with a global mindset and collaborative spirit.
