Fetta Specialty Pizza in Owensboro, KY is looking for one line-prep pizza cook to join our 27 person strong team. We are located on 118 St Ann St. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and hard-working.

Join our team at Fetta Specialty Pizza, where we take pride in crafting hand-tossed pizzas using fresh, house-prepared ingredients. We are currently seeking a dedicated Prep/Line Pizza Cook who shares our passion for quality and flavor.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble pizzas according to recipe specifications
• Hand-toss dough and ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection
• Assist in the preparation of all pizza ingredients, stocking, chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, cooking and slicing meats
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including kitchen stations and food storage areas
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals
• Knowledge of pizza preparation techniques, including dough tossing and stretching
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence
• Availability to work evenings, and weekends, as needed
