About The Role The Outstation Base Manager (HRL) plays a crucial role in overseeing the operational efficiency and safety of aviation services at outstation locations. This position is responsible for ensuring that all flight operations comply with regulatory standards and company policies, thereby maintaining the highest levels of safety and service quality. The manager will coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth operations, including maintenance, customer service, and logistics. Additionally, the role involves managing a team of aviation professionals, providing leadership and guidance to ensure optimal performance. Ultimately, the Outstation Base Manager is pivotal in enhancing the overall customer experience and operational success of the organization.
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience with regulatory compliance in aviation operations.
- Certification in aviation safety management systems.
Responsibilities - Oversee daily operations at the outstation, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage and lead a team of aviation staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Coordinate with maintenance and logistics teams to ensure timely aircraft servicing and availability.
- Monitor operational performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all outstation-related issues, addressing concerns and resolving problems promptly.
