Job Title: Red Cap Driver Location: Jim Taylor Ford, Part of Jim Taylor Auto Group Position Overview: Jim Taylor Ford is looking for a responsible, customer-focused Red Cap Driver to join our team. This role involves assisting in customer service and vehicle delivery, along with a variety of administrative and driving responsibilities. As a Red Cap Driver, you will be expected to maintain a clean driving record, have excellent organizational skills, and ensure quality interactions with our valued customers. Primary Responsibilities:

Perform basic data entry tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain and update basic Excel spreadsheets.
Make phone calls to customers to coordinate service and delivery details.
Pickup and deliver vehicles to customers safely and efficiently, including larger trucks.
Ensure vehicles and workspaces are kept clean and orderly.
Exhibit good personal hygiene and a professional appearance at all times.

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Comfort driving a variety of vehicles, including larger trucks.
Basic knowledge of data entry and Excel.
Strong communication skills, both in person and on the phone.
Reliable, punctual, and customer-oriented.
