Position – Technical Inside Sales
Job Location – Neenah, WI
Starting Date –ASAP
Employment Term – Direct Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift 8am to 5pm
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $60,000 to $90,000

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience
This role is critical in supporting our customers—ranging from OEM boat builders and dealers to individual retail buyers—by ensuring accurate order processing, technical support, and seamless communication between the sales, production, and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
· Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming sales inquiries from OEMs, dealers, and retail
customers.
· Provide knowledgeable and friendly technical support for all manufactured products.
· Review purchase orders for accuracy and enter them into the company’s MRP system.
· Collaborate closely with our engineering and manufacturing teams to communicate customer requirements, timelines, and order details.
· Assist with product selection, quoting, and order updates.
· Represent company at trade shows and customer visits, as needed (light travel required).
Qualifications
· Previous experience in marine Technician, sales, service, or manufacturing preferred.
· Familiarity with Mercury Racing engines, high-performance marine propulsion, and tow sport boats is a strong plus.
· Mechanical engineering background is highly desirable.
· Hands-on experience in marine or muscle car engine building is a strong asset.
· Boat rigging experience or familiarity with rigging components is a plus.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical products in a clear and helpful way.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).]
- Ability to Travel and work some Trade shows when needed. (light Travel Required)
