By visiting Love and Wishes website or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”) .

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using Love and Wishes website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Love and Wishes Balloons ability to perform our services depends on us having adequate access to the venue prior to event for dressing and after for removal. This contact is on condition of adequate and reasonable access to the venue. Costs may vary if access times are found to be unsociable or unreasonably short.

Deposits will be charged to confirm bookings at the rate of 50% of the total order value inclusive of any potential delivery charges that may apply. Full balance of any order must be paid in full one week prior (seven calendar days) to the event unless prior agreement has been made at time of booking.

Love and Wishes Balloons will require a £50 deposit for hired goods on top of the Hire cost. This will be refunded on collection of the hired goods, damage to hired goods will be charged to the repair cost of the the hire item or replacement cost taken from the deposit and billed for any extra charges . Damage must be reported to Love and Wishes Balloons at the time of collection or before if poosible via telephone or email.

Balloons have a short display life and are not covered for replacement or refund after delivery or collection Please look at balloon care section, to help you care for the balloons once in your possession.

In the event of cancelled forward bookings, a maximum payment of 50% of the total cost, as detailed in the contract, will be payable to the client at the discretion of Love and Wishes balloons dependent on circumstances. Any cancellations within 7 days of the event will be charged at the 50% (loss of deposit) If full payment has already been made the remaining 50% will be refunded to the client . Love and Wishes Balloons reserves the right to convert any balance to credit to be redeemed against a future booking, Love and Wishes Balloons will provide a credit note listing the cancelled booking date and the value of the credit along with a redemption time period (Normally one calendar year from date of cancelled event)

Love and Wishes Balloons will make every effort to deliver, set up and collect at the times requested by the client; however removal will be as promptly as possible, we cannot guarantee collection immediately after use from every venue at the same time. It is the clients responsibility to ensure that any hired goods are kept dry and in a secure place until collected. Love and Wishes will endeavour to supply specific items requested, however we reserve the right to use our discretion to supply an appropriate alternative where necessary.

Love and Wishes Balloons reserves the right to display images of products and venue setups for use in any way Love and Wishes deems fit i.e. Advertising, Social Media. If you have any questions regarding this please speak to us beforehand.. Purchase or hire of any Love and Wishes Balloons items shall be viewed as acceptance of the above terms and conditions
